All the participants received certificates, goody bags and a DVD of the Highway Code.

Update from Malawi

Mr Turner has received two emails from Oscar this week – the headteacher at Thawale School in Malawi.

The pupils at our link school are just finishing exams and they are in the middle of their summer break.

Thawale received our books that were collected and they have now begun to use these books. They also received our £500 for new stationery in the school which gave them 91 thousand Kwacha which they have spent to provide writing materials including materials that they have never been able to purchase before.

The story will now move on to our Coffee Morning in November. Pen pal letters are also being handed in this week for a free mailing during the October holidays.
