In English, we  aim to provide the development of language skills in reading, writing talking and listening to enable students to cope with the world of university, college and employment which lies ahead. We also aim to give students the enrichment which literature offers, and thus to lay open for them a wide range of -- experience and thought. We try to foster habits of thought and study.
